Position Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $20.50 | Year 3 - $21.00 | Year 4 - $21.60 | Year 5 - $22.10 Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and organize shelves and merchandise displays. Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Report product feedback, inventory discrepancies, scanning errors, and other issues to management. Participate in inventory counts as required and monitor stock accuracy. Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses effectively.

Stocker Responsibilities: Restock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness for customers. Follow merchandising plans to create appealing product displays. Organize incoming inventory and efficiently break down packaging. Safely operate equipment and comply with all safety protocols.

Store Associate Responsibilities: Assist with Curbside Shopping orders and fulfill both cashier and stocker tasks.

Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store. Store Associate & Stocker: Ability to stock merchandise from receiving areas to shelving, including lifting products up to 45 pounds. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to provide fast and friendly customer service. Capability to maintain cleanliness to meet company standards. Ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team. Strong time management skills. Familiarity with company products and services. Store Associate & Cashier: Proficient in operating a cash register accurately. Store Associate & Cashier: Comply with relevant laws for handling and selling alcoholic beverages. Store Associate & Stocker: Ability to safely operate equipment, including electric/manual hand jacks and cardboard balers. Stocker: Must be available for morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
