Your Responsibilities as a Server: As a Server, you will provide exceptional hospitality services in the assigned dining room and other guest service areas during meal times. Your key duties will include: Preparing the dining areas by setting tables and pre-staging per meal standards. Assisting with hot and cold food assembly, including sandwich and salad preparation. Serving guests, offering thoughtful menu selections, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment by busing tables, resetting them, and following hospitality standards. Handling take-out requests according to dining delivery policies. Washing, sanitizing, and storing dishware for reuse. Supporting cooks, guests, and coworkers as needed. Completing pre-meal production tasks as assigned. Participating in required training and continuing education. Requirements for the Role: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory. At least one year of experience in dining, hospitality, or the culinary field.
