About the Role: In this position, you'll engage with customers, helping them find exactly what they need while ensuring a smooth transaction process. Your focus will be on creating a positive shopping experience while supporting the operational team to maintain efficiency. What You'll Do: Greet customers warmly and assist them with products and services. Operate a cash register, accurately scanning items and handling various payment methods. Provide efficient service that meets or exceeds company standards. Support inventory accuracy with proper merchandise handling. Help train new team members, sharing best practices and company standards. Participate in daily service processes, including cash balancing and supply replenishment. Responsibilities: Act with integrity and foster a culture of teamwork. Demonstrate a strong customer service mindset, anticipating and meeting customer needs. Manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. Adhere to company safety policies to ensure a safe environment for all.
