Your Role: As a Customer Service Associate at Dollar Express, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming customers and assisting them with merchandise selection. Completing transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Responding to customer inquiries regarding the store and its products. Key Responsibilities: Provide engaging and friendly customer interactions. Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store to enhance the shopping experience. Assist in unloading merchandise from delivery trucks and transporting it to the sales floor. Independently stock shelves and keep the store neatly arranged. Handle customer transactions accurately using the POS system. Stay vigilant of customer activity to ensure a safe shopping environment.
