Your Day at Lowe's As a Customer Service Associate, your daily tasks will include: Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional assistance. Helping customers locate and select merchandise effectively. Restocking shelves by identifying empty spaces and replenishing supplies. Processing orders and deliveries to ensure a smooth customer experience. Cross-training in various store departments to enhance service delivery. Preparing merchandise as per customer requests (e.g., mixing paint, cutting materials). Guiding customers through shopping and checkout procedures. Completing additional tasks as assigned. Minimum Qualifications 6 months of experience using a computer, including data entry and information retrieval. 6 months of experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. Able to perform duties requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities. Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with accommodations. Preferred Qualifications 6 months of retail or customer service experience. Bilingual abilities.
