Key Responsibilities: Complete all mandatory training, including Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan and hands-on training at various stations. Provide friendly and enthusiastic service to each guest. Stay informed about current promotions and represent the Zaxby's brand positively. Assist in guest service and support front-of-house operations. Prepare menu items according to company standards, ensuring all food is cooked safely and hygienically. Safely use and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the workspace. Help manage inventory by receiving deliveries and keeping storage areas tidy. Complete all tasks efficiently and safely while adhering to company procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned while maintaining a sense of urgency. Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old. Available to work between 9 to 28 hours per week. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Occasional stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Continuous use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Good judgement and visual perception to ensure a safe working environment. Willingness to work in various temperature conditions and manage food allergens.
