Delivering friendly and enthusiastic service to our guests. Staying informed on current promotions and genuinely representing the Zaxby’s brand. Assisting with guest service and front-of-house operations. Preparing menu items to meet company standards in a safe and sanitary manner. Ensuring compliance with food handling safety regulations. Safely operating kitchen equipment. Maintaining product levels in assigned stations to meet demand. Accurately assembling and packaging guest orders. Keeping a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Managing inventory and storage, including receiving and stocking deliveries. Maintaining equipment and notifying management of any maintenance needs. Completing tasks with urgency and in a timely manner. Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures. Job Qualifications: You must be at least 16 years old. Available to work between 9 to 28 hours per week. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Occasional bending, stooping, and climbing, including ladder use. Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds. Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation. Effective communication skills in speech, reading, and writing.
