Position Overview: Are you a certified Pharmacy Technician with a Sterile IV Compounding Certification looking to advance your career? Join our Omnicare closed-door pharmacy team as an Advanced Pharmacy Technician and explore a rewarding career path! Key Responsibilities: Ensure medication needs and regulatory compliance are met for our patients. Work across various pharmacy workstations including order fulfillment, packaging, and dispensing medications. Coordinate workflows with supervisory staff for effective preparation and processing of medications. Participate in inventory management by receiving deliveries, staging products, and rotating stock. Perform data entry for IV medications, IV pumps, and supplies. Required Qualifications: Current certification/licensure as a pharmacy technician per state law. Minimum of one year experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent. Certification in Compounding Sterile IV Products. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in long-term care or in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting. PTCB National Certification. Five years or more of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent. Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED is required. Work Schedule: Anticipated weekly hours: 24 hours. This is a part-time position. Compensation: The pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour, based on experience, education, and location.
