As a vital member of the Customer Service & E-Commerce team, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This position includes assisting customers during the check-out process, operating cash registers, and maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the Front End. You will ensure that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and the values of Whole Foods Market. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions. Ensure compliance with regulations regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages and taxation. Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions with care. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the Front End area, including managing your register. Assist with the training of new Cashier and Cashier Assistant team members. Support supervisors in managing customer flow and reducing wait times. Actively participate in company programs as directed by leadership. Provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer needs. Manage product preparation and display to maximize sales potential. Follow all established health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Complete opening, mid, and closing tasks as assigned. Report any safety hazards or violations immediately. Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership. Desired Skills: Exceptional communication skills. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.00 to $25.40, depending on experience.
