*Position Summary:*

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the daily complimentary breakfast buffet in accordance with brand standards. This role ensures a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked breakfast area while delivering exceptional guest service to enhance the overall guest experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet according to brand and health standards. * Greet guests warmly and assist with any breakfast-related needs or questions. * Monitor food levels and restock items promptly to ensure availability. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, kitchen, and dining space. * Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as waffle makers, coffee machines, and toasters. * Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. * Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. * Assist with inventory and ordering of breakfast supplies. * Break down and clean the breakfast area at the end of service. * Work independently during early morning hours with minimal supervision.

*Employees must meet these minimum requirements*

*Required:*

* High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

*Preferred:*

* Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus). * Familiarity with hotel brand breakfast standards (e.g., Hilton, Marriott, IHG).

*Work Environment:*

* Fast-paced, guest-facing environment. * Requires early morning availability (typically 4:30 AM – 11:00 AM). * May involve working alone or with a small team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.50 per hour
