As a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager at our Arrowhead Towne Center location, you will play a vital role in our success by assisting the store leadership in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Help fellow fans access the merchandise they adore while utilizing your fandom knowledge to train and inspire new team members. Support daily operations and contribute to hitting sales targets! WHAT YOU'LL DO Create an unforgettable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. Your product knowledge and customer service skills will shine. Be ready to step in and provide leadership support whenever necessary, even when the store manager is busy. Take responsibility by opening and closing the store as needed. Manage the register, process sales, and effectively drive add-on sales, making use of services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Ensure accurate cash handling and report any discrepancies. Understand sales plans, goals, and key performance indicators such as UPT and ADT. Assist with merchandising changes and ensure products are displayed effectively. Communicate fashion trends and customer feedback to management and headquarters. Work with Store Management to implement theft prevention strategies and maintain a safe environment. Help keep the store and stockroom organized and tidy. Contribute to a collaborative and passionate team culture. Take on any other tasks as directed by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of retail experience. If you're passionate about philanthropy and pop culture, this is the perfect place for you! Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and team development. Must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or GED is required. Ability to navigate the store, manage merchandise with store equipment, and handle boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
