WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that keeps customers coming back, showcasing your impressive product knowledge and customer service skills. Step up when the store manager needs support, providing leadership on the sales floor to ensure smooth operations. Take charge of opening and closing the store as required. Manage the register to process sales transactions efficiently, while utilizing your knowledge to encourage add-on sales through our services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and work towards the store's sales goals, key performance indicators (KPI), and metrics for success. Assist in planogram execution, ensuring the store is visually appealing and products are merchandised effectively. Share valuable insights on fashion and music trends with management and headquarters. Work collaboratively with the management team to prevent theft and maintain a safe shopping environment. Keep the stock room organized and ensure the store remains clean and inviting. Help build a passionate, collaborative team to achieve store goals. Perform any additional duties as assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED At least 1 year of retail store experience. If you’re excited about music and pop culture, you will fit right in! Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and team development. A high school diploma or equivalent GED. The ability to navigate the store, utilize retail equipment, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
