As a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager at BoxLunch, you will play a crucial role in our success by supporting the store leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your enthusiasm for pop culture will help you train new team members and assist in achieving sales targets. WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver an unforgettable shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills. Step in and provide leadership support on the sales floor when needed, ensuring smooth operations. Be responsible for store opening and closing duties as required. Process sales transactions at the register, utilizing your fandom knowledge to promote add-on sales, including BOPIS and curbside pickup. You will also close out the register and report any discrepancies to your Store Manager. Understand and contribute to the store's sales plan, sales goals, and key performance indicators. Assist with merchandising and planogram adjustments to create an inviting shopping environment. Communicate fashion trends and product insights to management and our HQ partners. Work collaboratively with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure product security. Help maintain an organized stockroom and tidy sales floor. Foster a collaborative and passionate team atmosphere to support store operations. Perform any other tasks assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of retail experience. If you’re passionate about philanthropy and pop culture, this is the place for you! Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. The physical capability to navigate the store, use merchandising equipment, and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Salary: $17.20 - $19.75 per hour. Please note that while the pay range starts as listed, final salary will depend on individual education, location, and relevant experience.
