Utilize your knowledge and passion for fandom to train new team members and assist with daily operations and sales goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver an Outstanding Shopping Experience: Engage customers with your product expertise, stellar service, and enthusiasm for fandom to encourage repeat visits. Lead When Necessary: Step up to manage sales floor activities and support the management team in their absence. Oversee Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing the store, responsibly managing store keys. Process Transactions: Operate the register, handle sales, and leverage your fandom knowledge to promote add-on sales and services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand Sales Goals: Familiarize yourself with our sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success. Support Visual Merchandising: Help implement planogram updates, store layout, wall displays, and merchandise assortments. Share Insights: Communicate fashion and music trends to management and headquarters partners. Maintain Store Security: Collaborate with management to deter theft and misuse of store resources. Assist with Store Maintenance: Keep the stockroom organized and ensure the store remains tidy. Build a Passionate Team: Contribute to developing and keeping a collaborative, enthusiastic team that drives store success. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of retail experience; a passion for music and pop culture is advantageous! Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, operational, and leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
