You'll be instrumental in supporting our store leadership team, ensuring fellow fans can easily access the merchandise they adore. WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that keeps customers coming back, showcasing your impressive product knowledge and customer service skills. Take charge when needed, covering the sales floor and offering leadership support in the absence of the Store Manager. Utilize your keys to open and close the store as required, ensuring smooth operations. Manage the register, processing sales transactions, and leveraging your fandom knowledge to drive additional sales, including BOPIS and curbside pickup. You'll also handle register closings, addressing any discrepancies with your Store Manager. Understand and contribute to our store sales plans and key performance indicators (KPIs), including UPT and ADT, to achieve sales targets. Assist with merchandising, including changes to the store layout, wall displays, and product mix. Stay informed on fashion and music trends, sharing insights with management and headquarters partners. Help maintain store security to prevent theft and other issues. Keep the stockroom organized and the sales floor tidy for an inviting atmosphere. Foster a passionate and collaborative team environment to enhance store operations. Perform any other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for music and pop culture as a bonus! Strong communication, time management, professionalism, operational, and leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
