Were seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager Level 2 to help lead the store and support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives, including sales targets, recruiting, and development. What You'll Do Support your Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and/or comp sales goals. Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run the store. Be the stores ambassador by promoting new products, leveraging social media, and supporting services such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Provide leadership to run an operationally sound business with a balance of operations, delegation/autonomy, and customer-first selling practices. Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules. Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback. Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit sales targets. Merchandise the store in a compelling way, follow planograms, and launch promos on time. Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team in partnership with the Store Manager.

What You'll Need At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience. If you love music and pop culture, you're in the right place! Proven ability to lead teams to success with skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising), and developing your people. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your team. A high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus. Adaptability in a fast-changing retail environment and the ability to handle curveballs. The usual retail requirements: able to navigate the store, merchandise using approved equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
