As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager Level 1, youll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, ensuring fans can access the merchandise they love. Youll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations and sales targets. What You'll Do Provide an engaging shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills Step in and support the team on the sales floor and assist the Manager when needed Open and close the store as required Process sales transactions, promote add-on sales, and communicate any register shortages or overages to the Store Manager Understand store sales goals and KPIs such as UPT and ADT Assist with store layout and merchandising updates Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security Help maintain organized stock rooms and a tidy store environment Support the development of a passionate, collaborative team Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader What You'll Need At least 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for music and pop culture Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills A high school diploma or GED Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds Seniority level Entry level Employment type Part-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Retail
