As a BoxLunch Part-Time Assistant Manager Level 1, youll be a key part of our success by supporting the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, ensuring that fans can get their hands on the merchandise they love. Youll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support daily operations and sales targets. Pay range starting at $10.75/hr - $12.40/hr. Please note the pay range for this position starts as listed, but other factors such as education, location, meeting minimum requirements, training, and experience will determine the final salary for new hires. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide an excellent shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills. Support the store team by stepping in and providing leadership support when needed, including covering the sales floor. Open and close the store as required, ensuring smooth operations. Process sales transactions at the register, using your fandom knowledge to promote add-on sales and benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Also, handle register closeouts and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager. Understand store sales goals, KPIs such as UPT and ADT, and contribute to achieving them. Assist with planogram updates, store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising. Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure security measures are followed. Help maintain the stockroom and keep the store tidy and organized. Contribute to developing and maintaining a passionate, collaborative team to run the store effectively. Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED At least 1 year of retail experience. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus! Strong communication, time management, professionalism, operational skills, and a drive to develop your team. You must be at least 18 years old to join the team. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
