Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, creating and organizing files, and updating spreadsheets
- Draft and send professional emails
- Clean up and maintain file systems
- Accurately enter data and update records
- Follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred)
- Excellent keyboarding, grammar, spelling, and English composition skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently while following directions
- Flexible to occasionally work beyond morning hours when needed
