Part-Time Administrative Assistant – HR Support Needed!
Location: Richardson, TX | Schedule: Mornings preferred (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, flexible hours some days)

Type: Temp-to-Hire, ongoing part-time role

Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to support our HR department. No HR experience is required — just strong administrative skills, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, creating and organizing files, and updating spreadsheets
  • Draft and send professional emails
  • Clean up and maintain file systems
  • Accurately enter data and update records
  • Follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred)
  • Excellent keyboarding, grammar, spelling, and English composition skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently while following directions
  • Flexible to occasionally work beyond morning hours when needed
