Time Administrative Assistant – Contracts Administration Needed!

Location: Richardson, TX | Schedule: Mornings preferred (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM, flexible hours some days)
Type: Temp-to-Hire, ongoing part-time role

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Contracts Administration team. This role is clerical in nature and requires accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent follow-through.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain contract files
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks and required documents
  • Identify errors and discrepancies for correction
  • Assist with data entry and spreadsheet updates
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned while maintaining confidentiality
Requirements:
