Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain contract files
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and required documents
- Identify errors and discrepancies for correction
- Assist with data entry and spreadsheet updates
- Perform administrative duties as assigned while maintaining confidentiality
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and strong clerical skills
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
