What You'll Do: Welcome and assist customers throughout their shopping experience. Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories with enthusiasm. Process transactions using the computer and handle cash/credit card payments. Restock the sales floor to keep items available for customers. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Train and mentor team members in sales techniques. Lead the sales team to ensure a fantastic customer experience. Make bank deposits as required. What You Need: At least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and have personal transportation for bank deposits. A desire to teach others sales strategies and learn to be an effective people manager. Willingness to open and close the store, including sometimes working alone. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Capacity to kneel, twist, bend, climb, reach, stoop, and lift items weighing 25-50 pounds.
