Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr Compensation should range between $16 and $19 per hour with potential incentives based on sales growth.

Responsibilities: Become the local expert on all categories of RV Parts and Accessories, focusing on product categories that require customer assistance such as fit, color, sizing, installation, and technical considerations (e.g., Awnings, Hitches, Tow Bars, Airbags, Satellites). Assist customers in researching, ordering, and arranging installation of these complex products. Suggest additional products to enhance the RV lifestyle experience. Support the PPL Service Team by researching, ordering, and delivering products needed for Service Work Orders. Provide expert customer service and product knowledge at the RV Superstore, offering explanations and training, and working with management to meet service, merchandising, and revenue goals. Collaborate with retail associates and management to order, restock, and merchandise RV Parts and accessories, maintaining an attractive and organized store environment. Requirements: Experience in performance-based retail and/or sales environments. Experience in the RV or automotive industry, or environments requiring technical sales or customer service skills. Experience in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a retail store. Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including some Saturdays (closed on Sundays).
