Compensation: Up to $43/hour
Schedule: 1015 hours/week. Flexible hours. Hybrid work model (onsite 12 days/week).
Responsibilities
Lead Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries and month-end workpapers (month-end cycle runs 810 days) Some manual entry involved Work reviewed by leadership Forecasting: Assist with light forecasting for upcoming periods (quarterly or as needed) Annual budget is already in place General Ledger Management Oversight of AP/AR Functions Use of NetSuite for accounting operations
Qualifications
Experience with month-end close processes Strong understanding of GL and accounting operations Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Familiarity with NetSuite is highly preferred
