In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by treating a diverse range of mental health conditions reflective of our varied patient population. You will provide essential behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and couples' therapy. You can work remotely for part of your time while being based in Provo, UT, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and life as you tackle important challenges. Key Responsibilities: Develop strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate care effectively with external providers. Conduct screenings and assessments for common mental health disorders. Deliver comprehensive treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR, and others. Continuously track treatment responses and monitor patients for any shifts in clinical symptoms. Keep precise and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. Currently licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC) in the state of Utah without restrictions. Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of professional social work/clinical experience post-master's degree. Proven experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and couples. Familiarity with professional communication and medical documentation tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS (or similar EHRs).
