Overview The Part-Time Google Inventory Specialist must combine a passion for great customer service with inventory excellence to create a radically helpful consumer experience. Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has an active curiosity to facilitate problem solving. This role is goal-driven and focused on creating and promoting an extraordinary experience.

Pay Range: $19 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities

Promote a radically helpful environment by supporting product flow from receiving to shelf placement.

Complete daily operational tasks including cycle counts, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining stock room excellence.

Manage omni-channel systems including buy online and pick up in store.

Maintain store supply inventory.

Process receiving, shipping, transfers including chargebacks and damaged goods.

Prepare new product for launches and execute visual merchandising.

Contribute to an environment of collaboration and support through personal accountability and effective communication with supervisors and peers.

Be an expert on product lines and stay up-to-date on brand and competitor technology through brand training.

Engage in inventory planning and collaborate with the team to drive inventory success.

Participate in open communication with all team members and support key performance measurements for sales, service, client training, and operational excellence.

Enhance the consumer experience by assisting with their journey throughout the brand space.

Maintain knowledge of all company policies and procedures, promotions, trends, merchandise features, and inventory.

Maintain brand presentation standards and fill in as necessary to meet planogram expectations.

Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying and correcting stock variances.

Provide leadership with regular inventory performance updates and collaborate on solutions to improve results.

Handle all merchandise from shipment receipt and processing and comply with all experience, retail and inventory processes.

Ensure stockroom organizational and safety standards are maintained.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of retail experience

2+ years of previous stock experience in high-volume environments

Action oriented and motivated to do what is best for the consumer and the team

Ability to make timely decisions under pressure

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources and plan accordingly

Problem-solving ability with established guidelines and some innovation

Lift, move, or adjust items weighing up to 25 pounds

Occasional extended hours during peak workloads
