As a Part-Time Bilingual HR Assistant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining HR systems, assisting with payroll, and supporting employee documentation. You'll collaborate closely with our HR team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellent communication with our diverse workforce.
What You'll Do:
Maintain and update employee databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy using advanced Excel formulas.
Assist with payroll processing utilizing Paylocity, ensuring timely and correct payments.
Update and organize employee files, scan sensitive documents, and maintain an efficient digital filing system.
Provide administrative support across departments, flexible to assist where needed and contribute to team success.
Use fluency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with employees, translate documents, and support bilingual onboarding.
What You'll Bring:
At least 1 year of experience in office administration, HR support, or related roles.
Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to communicate seamlessly with diverse staff.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly formulas, and experience managing databases.
Previous experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll software is highly desirable.
A growth mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Flexibility to take on varied tasks outside core responsibilities to support team needs.
