About the Job:

As a Courier, you are responsible for the pickup and delivery of items for the bank and the bank's customers via personal vehicle. You will also be responsible for all deliveries between bank branches and provide pick-up and delivery services for miscellaneous bank requests. It is critically important that you represent the bank professionally and maintain security and confidentiality of customer information.

What You Will Do:

• Retrieve and deliver deposits and related items from bank's customers and from branches, following a pre-defined route around Muskegon area.
• Maintain basic pick-up and delivery tracking logs.
• Conduct special deliveries for customer and/or bank as needed.
• Participate in bank networking and special customer outreach programs as needed.
• Assists in and promotes the resolution of customer questions and/or issues with referrals to supervisor as appropriate.
• Continually provide excellent customer service, including introduction of additional products to enhance the customer's relationship by referral to appropriate "expert" whenever possible.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Michigan driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Acceptable attendance and punctuality as outlined the employee handbook for purposes of efficiency and security.
• Maintains a professional, business-like appearance.
• Provides input on efficiency improvements to routes and customer services when possible.
• General knowledge of banking and bank products.
