About the Role Orange Hat Brewing Co. is expanding—and we're opening a kitchen We're looking for dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Members to join our very first back-of-house crew. This is a great opportunity to be part of something new from the ground up and grow with a fast-paced, community-driven brewery. As a member of our kitchen team, you'll assist with food prep, cooking, cleanliness, and day-to-day kitchen operations. We're hiring for all levels of experience, including line cooks, prep cooks, and management positions. Whether you've worked in kitchens before or are looking to learn in a hands-on environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Assist with food prep tasks like chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen workspace at all times Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and dispose of waste properly Work efficiently with team members during busy service hours Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and notifying management of shortages Qualifications Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required Understanding of basic food safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude Willingness to learn and contribute to a new kitchen operation Availability Wednesday through Sunday preferred (primary kitchen hours) Why Join Us?
