The starting rate: $14.35/Hour The day-to-day: Prepare and set up line with such items as salads, seafood, appetizers, ice creams, cold meats, cheese platters, fresh fruit platters, and baskets of fruit. Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas, walk-ins and reach-ins. Adjust food inventory according to business in order to avoid overproduction and waste.
