Their project portfolio spans across cannabis retail, healthcare, government, mission critical, mixed-use, commercial interiors, industrial/manufacturing, sports and entertainment , and more.
Job Description Support the planning and execution of a cannabis retail renovation project. Interface directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Assist with budget tracking, schedules, RFPs, meeting minutes, and documentation. Conduct occasional site visits (once or twice a month). Work closely with a small team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality results and creative solutions. The Successful Applicant 1-3 years of experience in construction, architecture, real estate development, or owner's representation. Background in retail, cannabis, or renovation projects is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on, start-up-like environment. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; exposure to Ingenious Build is a bonus. Strong communication, organisation, and follow-through.
