What You'll Do: Provide outstanding in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring shoppers' needs are met. Build appealing displays and end caps while resetting shelves for optimal product rotation. Track inventory effectively to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers. About You: Friendly and enthusiastic; able to interact positively with customers and management. Must be 18 years or older . Capable of performing physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred. Experience in leading and training team members is required. Proficient in using a smartphone or tablet to log work activities after each shift. Exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and teammates. Self-motivated with a strong focus on action and results. Able to work independently while also fostering teamwork. Strong commitment to safety in a retail environment.
