As an Overnight Retail Merchandising Lead, you will play a vital role in enhancing in-store merchandising efforts to satisfy shoppers' needs. Your responsibilities will include: Building attractive displays and end caps that draw customer interest. Resetting shelf layouts with product rotations for optimal visibility. Tracking inventory to ensure stores and suppliers capitalize on sales opportunities. Assisting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members. Now, About You: Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with customers and management. At least 18 years old. Able to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Have reliable transportation to and from the work location. 1-2 years of merchandising experience is preferred. Experience in leading and training others. Proficient in using smartphones or tablets for work documentation. Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members. Self-motivated with a strong focus on action and results. Able to work independently while effectively building team dynamics.
