OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our hotel family and play an integral role in elevating the guest experience by keeping all of our back of the house systems functioning properly and problem solving/troubleshooting as needed. This position is 3rd shift/overnight and would include additional overnight responsibilities including heavy pool technician work, receiving and responding to emergency calls, and assisting the hotel with preparations as relates to inclimate weather or weather-related emergencies.Responsibilities include:Perform general repairs and assigned maintenance duties in a satisfactory and timely mannerRespond to guest maintenance related questions or problems in a timely professional manner.Respond to complaints or problems from guests or other departments in a timely manner.Be responsible for maintaining the upkeep, rehabilitation, and maintenance of the entire hotel facility and execute preventative maintenance programs.
