We’re seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist with evening availability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to balance independence with teamwork. This role also includes opportunities to provide supervision and partner with the Clinic Director as our practice continues to expand.

What You’ll Do

Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation

Provide therapy for teens, families, and adults

Deliver creative, evidence-based interventions that help clients exceed goals

Collaborate with a dynamic, values-driven team and represent Ellie in the community

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited university

Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, or LP)

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Experience with treatment plans, DAs, and case notes

Comfort working with diverse populations

Tech proficiency (Office 365, EHR; Valant a plus)

Bonus: Experience with teens, and/or families; leadership or supervisory experience

Position Details

Minimum caseload: 25 client sessions/week (full-time)

Some evenings and Saturdays required (flexible scheduling available)

Regular 1:1s with Clinical Director, monthly team meetings, and ongoing professional development

Compensation: $65,000–$90,000+ based on caseload and experience
