Join our growing in-home care agency as an Orientation and Training Coordinator and play a vital role in onboarding and training the caregivers who make a difference in our clients' lives every day.

Full training on our company onboarding and orientation process provided

The Role: Review and confirm the completion of onboarding documents, ensuring all required documentation and signatures are in place Verify caregiver identity and eligibility to work in the U.S. Ensure background checks are completed and caregivers are registered with the appropriate registry Lead new hires through the company orientation process (full training provided) Conduct skills and dementia training following our program (full training provided), ensuring caregivers are competent and confident before beginning client assignments

Qualifications: Active CNA license or Nursing license (Required) Minimum 2 years of experience as a caregiver (Required) Confidence speaking to groups Proficiency with Hoyer lifts, gait belts, sit-to-stand devices, and other adaptive equipment (Required) Strong knowledge and practical experience in in-home care procedures Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Required) Availability to work 3 days a week, with flexibility for a 4th day as needed (there is some room for flexibility)
