Order Return Processor - Warehouse Associate Key Responsibilities: Maintain a strong attention to detail to identify and correct discrepancies in incoming orders Accurately pick, pack, receive, and ship orders according to company standards Ensure all products are labeled and handled correctly Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors in order fulfillment Assist with inventory tasks, including cycle count and reporting discrepancies Support tram members as needed to meet daily operational goals Communicate with leads and supervisors regarding any issues or questions Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times Qualifications: Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred, but not required Proven attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand to extended periods Preform physical tasks throughout the shift Organized skills Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS), excel, and RF scanners Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
