The Oracle Services practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the Oracle applications and technology space. Your Key Responsibilities Senior Manager in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management applications. Focus on evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Digital and Cloud-based solutions. Team with EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that bring client digital vision to life. Skills And Attributes For Success Develop cohesive, compelling strategic visions for our clients that guide their overall business plans. Communicate strategic visions to clients and help them socialize the strategy within the organization. Assess client business models and identify new revenue opportunities within brand, market, user, financial, and technology constraints. Collaborate with EY design, architecture, technology and cross-service line teams to ensure business requirements are integrated into the user experience. Participate in leading business development opportunities. Contribute to domain expertise, thought leadership, and EY acumen through first-party research. Maintain points of view across Americas Consulting sectors and digital capabilities from 3rd party sources and internal EY experiences. Partner with client services to grow key large accounts and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree and 8+ years of related work experience 8+ years of experience in at least three of the following areas with a focus on ERP software solutions: Solution architecture, SCM software solutions, Digital supply chain e-commerce, Content management, Big data and analytics, Cloud technology delivery, Knowledge management software, User experience and design, Emerging collaborative solutions including content management and enterprise data migration 5+ years of significant technical and functional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Willingness to travel based on client needs Preferred Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS; master\'s degree preferred Oracle certifications highly preferred What We Look For We\'re interested in passionate individuals with strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends in the Oracle Applications industry.
