What We’re Looking For: Doctor of Optometry degree with a current license

Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered eye care

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with retail teams

Professional, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset

Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough, patient-focused eye exams

Recommend lens solutions directly from the chair

Provide seamless hand-off of patients to the retail team

Partner with Store Managers to ensure exceptional patient experiences

Support the sales floor and build patient relationships during downtime
