We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Night Shift Operations Supervisor to oversee our metals management site operations. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant processing, sorting, and shipment of metals during night shift hours. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with operational experience in recycling, scrap metals, or related heavy industrial environments. Supervise and coordinate night shift operations for metals processing, sorting, and shipping. Lead, train, and motivate a team of operators, equipment drivers, and laborers. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational policies. Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance, and minimize downtime. Track production metrics, quality standards, and inventory control. Support scheduling, work assignments, and labor management for shift efficiency. Collaborate with day shift leadership to ensure smooth operational transitions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of supervisory experience in recycling, scrap metals, manufacturing, or related industrial operations. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Experience with heavy equipment operations (loaders, forklifts, material handlers) preferred. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, discipline, and develop team members. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to operational needs.

Night Shift is 8pm-6am
