Main purpose of the position: The role of the Retail Operations Lead is to support Store Leadership in producing a best-in-class retail experience with a focus in Inventory management, facilities and maintenance, logistics, and budget management. Position responsibilities and daily tasks: Support management of stock levels, logistics and sell through - Contribute to discussions with Store Leadership to ensure we have the right product at the right time for the customer. Ensure back of house is kept organized through management of a back of house dedicated stock team, using SOPs Partner with direct leadership for logistics, prioritizing workflow for both parties phold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store through process and programs. Support the team in store to ensure consistent deliverables. Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business, supporting training where requested or needed Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization. Support management in oversight and execution needs surrounding Supplies & Facilities. Understand current culture and areas for improvement, work with Store Leadership for constant improvement Partner with sales floor team to maintain general understanding of the front of house, knowing that each side of the business can only be successful if both work together seamlessly What does a candidate need to demonstrate to perform this job successfully: Minimum of 1 years Retail Management Experience required o Luxury retail management experience preferred o Back of House or Operational roles preferred Motivated and willing to go above and beyond to service the client Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment A proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc): vailable to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts GSuite experience a plus
