We’re expanding into The Living Room Wellness Lounge, a new third place for yoga, breathwork, and conversation around holistic living.

The Role

We’re looking for a self-starting, mission-minded Operations Coordinator to help run the daily heartbeat of our store — from staff accountability to systems flow. You’ll keep our people, products, and energy aligned so the business runs efficiently and authentically.  This is not just a “back-office” job — you’ll jump in where needed on the floor, but your main responsibility is making sure the systems and people are aligned.

This isn’t a “clock in and clock out” job. It’s a chance to be part of the revolution — to think like an owner, notice what’s happening in the marketplace, and act on it.

What You’ll Own
  • Staff Scheduling & Task Delegation – create, manage, and adjust weekly schedules and daily task lists

  • Operational Flow – oversee receiving, stocking, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures

  • Team Support – guide staff on daily priorities, hold them accountable, and help train new team members

  • Problem-Solving – identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in how we run day-to-day

  • Bridge Role – keep communication flowing between leadership and staff

  • Helping educate customers when needed (you don’t have to know everything, just be curious and willing to learn)

  • Retail or operations experience preferred, but not required if you have the right mindset and skills
