We’re expanding into The Living Room Wellness Lounge, a new third place for yoga, breathwork, and conversation around holistic living.

We’re looking for a self-starting, mission-minded Operations Coordinator to help run the daily heartbeat of our store — from staff accountability to systems flow. You’ll keep our people, products, and energy aligned so the business runs efficiently and authentically.  This is not just a “back-office” job — you’ll jump in where needed on the floor, but your main responsibility is making sure the systems and people are aligned.

This isn’t a “clock in and clock out” job. It’s a chance to be part of the revolution — to think like an owner, notice what’s happening in the marketplace, and act on it.

• Staff Scheduling & Task Delegation – create, manage, and adjust weekly schedules and daily task lists

• Operational Flow – oversee receiving, stocking, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures

• Team Support – guide staff on daily priorities, hold them accountable, and help train new team members

• Problem-Solving – identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in how we run day-to-day

• Bridge Role – keep communication flowing between leadership and staff

• Jumping in on the register when lines are long

• Helping educate customers when needed (you don’t have to know everything, just be curious and willing to learn)

• Special projects like event setup, promotions, and community partnerships

• See something off — and fix it before being told

• Stay calm when things change (because they always do)

• Love learning about holistic health, food systems, and local producers

• Can keep your cool when others drop the ball

• Ask questions to get clarity — then take action

• Are curious enough to visit the competition and come back with ideas

• Want your work to mean something

• Organized & Efficient – you enjoy checklists, systems, and getting things done quickly

• Natural Leader – comfortable guiding a team without micromanaging

• Problem Solver – can pivot when things change and keep a calm head

• Aligned with Our Mission – passionate (or at least curious) about natural foods, wellness, and supplements

• Retail or operations experience preferred, but not required if you have the right mindset and skills
