What You'll Do As An Operations Associate Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at our local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish. Keep our systems updated with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information. Streamline and organize workflows to meet daily objectives and hit deadlines. Maintain the smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly. Step in to support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to the team's overall success. What You'll Bring Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays with a proven track record of reliable attendance. Experience in fast-paced environments, with a knack for technology and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
