The Role

As an Operations Associate, you will manage data collection that guides engineering research and improves core imaging technologies. You will guide members of the company through various tests using proprietary software, ensuring not only a positive experience for study subjects, but also that high quality data flows through the system.

Responsibilities

Contribute to improvements in projects by identifying any issues, proposing creative solutions and working on continuous improvement of protocol and process. Deliver high quality work under tight deadlines handling ambiguity. Communicate with team members and external stakeholders to identify issues and propose solutions for long term sustainability of processes. Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent. Associates or Bachelors degree a plus. Experience with customer or client relations. Outgoing and comfortable interacting with company employees. Creative problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a technical environment and experience with Android OS. Customer service, sales experience, etc. a plus. Comfort interacting with new people/the public is required.
