Job Title: OpenShift Systems Operations Engineer and Agentic AI Developer Focus

Location: Irving, TX

What's the Job?

Design, build, and maintain OpenShift clusters, including pipelines, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and performance.

Develop and automate remediation workflows using Python, leveraging OpenShift APIs and Kubernetes libraries to enhance operational efficiency.

Create and deploy agentic AI workflows tailored for OpenShift platform support and remediation tasks.

Build and extend Python-based automation platforms such as FastAPI or Flask to facilitate AI-driven OpenShift actions.

Document technical processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.

What's Needed?

4 to 6 years of experience in OpenShift engineering and operations, with deep expertise in cluster management, diagnostics, and internals.

Over 5 years of strong Python development experience, including working with OpenShift Python client and Kubernetes Python libraries.

Proven experience developing agentic AI workflows, especially with frameworks like LangChain or Google ADK/Agents.

Hands-on experience with Helm Charts, CI/CD pipelines, and packaging/deploying automation solutions.

Excellent technical documentation skills and the ability to design scalable system architectures.
