???? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Are you a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our on-site team and be the friendly voice on the other end of the line for individuals seeking help with government assistance programs and utility service inquiries.


????️ Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and care.

  • Provide accurate information regarding services such as public benefits and utility programs.

  • Document interactions clearly and follow established procedures for handling various types of inquiries.

  • Escalate urgent or complex issues to appropriate departments.

  • Maintain a customer-first attitude while working in a team-driven environment.


???? Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).

  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or public service support preferred.

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to working on-site full-time.

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
