Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Automation Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing essential data analysis and support to the Commander, Naval Surface Force (COMNAVSURFOR or, CNSF) Force Safety Office. The role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work within classified Navy environments. Key Responsibilities: Enter, verify, and manage safety and operational data using Microsoft Excel and Access. Prepare reports, logs, and Command briefings using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Conduct basic analysis of safety assessments, hazard reports, and other safety and risk management information to assist in developing safety awareness products Upload validated safety records and incident data into the Navy Risk Management Information-Streamlined Incident Reporting (RMI-SIR) system program of record (POR). Maintain organized digital records in compliance with Navy documentation and OPSEC policies. Coordinate with CNSF staff and Quantum’s Program Manager to ensure timely deliverables and compliance. Support meetings, tracking logs, and administrative reports as required by the COR or CNSF leadership. Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance required prior to performance. 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data entry support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Navy correspondence formats and document control preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to data accuracy. Experience working in or supporting classified environments preferred.
