The Opportunity

Embry-Riddle is now hiring an Office Assistant for the Student Engagement & Student Union department at the Daytona Beach Campus. The Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the smooth and effective operations of two office spaces and an active department of 17 full-time staff, a 75-member Student Government Association (SGA), and over 250 student organizations. Reporting to the SGA Transport & Services Manager, the Office Assistant supervises the work of a team of Student Assistants to provide a range of services to students, staff, and departments. The position requires someone who is professional, organized, and friendly, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Education and Qualifications: Bachelors degree required with a focus in Business, Management, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, or Student Affairs. Must obtain and maintain commission as Notary Public with the State of Florida
