Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Occupational Therapist skilled in school-based practice, with a focus on supporting students' developmental and functional needs. The role offers flexibility with options for either virtual or onsite service delivery within educational settings around North Little Rock, Arkansas. A facilitator will be present at each location to support virtual therapists, ensuring effective collaboration and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to school-age children in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor student progress and modify interventions as necessary.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Participate in meetings and provide consultation to school teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure and credentials appropriate for school settings.
• Experience delivering occupational therapy services in schools.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.

Location: Cabot, AR with services provided at approximately 30 centers throughout the North Little Rock area.

Hours: Contract position estimated at 24 to 40 hours per week, with final caseload and schedule to be confirmed after the school year begins (November 2026 June 2027).
