Your responsibilities include: Helping patients improve their ability to perform everyday tasks within their home environment Using specialized treatments to develop patients' daily living skills and basic motor functions Compensating for any loss of function your patients may experience Administering skilled care in accordance with physician orders and established care plans Educating family members and other healthcare team members about patients' needs and possible living strategies Qualifications You must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this role: A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in your state A minimum of one year of experience is preferred, but less may be acceptable with appropriate approval Experience in Medicare home health will be advantageous Additional Information Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
