Location: UCHealth Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion, US:CO: Aurora Department: OT OP AOP FTE: PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Weekend Days Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour, based on relevant experience Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist I, certified in hand therapy, to evaluate and address the unique therapy needs of our patient populations. Your expertise will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients through personalized treatment plans and compassionate care. Responsibilities: Conduct and document comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions. Develop a tailored plan of care that considers patients' issues and involves them and their families in decision-making processes. Guide patients and families on adaptive equipment and resources for ongoing support. Oversee and delegate duties to certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy technicians, adhering to licensing laws and professional standards. Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to provide care in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Current licensure with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, valid upon start date. Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). Preferred: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Experience as a Hand Therapist.
